FAQ

  • How long does it take to process, ship and deliver an order?
    • We aim to process and ship all orders within 0 to 3 business days of your purchase!
  • Where do you ship your products?
    • Anywhere in the continental U.S.
  • What is your refund policy?
    • Due to the volatility of the trading card and collectibles market, all sales are final. The only exception would be if an error was made on our end with the order. Please be sure to read the description and review the pictures of each item and always reach out with any questions.
  • Are you professional photographers?!
    • LOL - no, all pictures are taken with a cell phone, which means there are sure to be glares, bad angles and reflections of ourselves.
  • Do Big Dawg Breaks professionally grade cards?
    • That's a negative, ghostrider! We know nothing about professional grading. We recommend you examine all pictures before purchasing and make your own determination of the card quality.
    • All cards are photographed in sleeves/toploaders or other protection, so 99% of the time, any debris and marks you see will be on the protective casing.
    • All cards are going to be in like new condition (in our opinion), unless otherwise noted.
  • Are your products authentic?
    • Yes! We guarantee authenticity on all items and will provide a COA unless otherwise noted.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    • All major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Are you open to negotiations?!
    • At the end of the day, we are a small family business trying to make sure we don't lose money, but we are happy to make deals, especially when purchasing several items. Please just be sure to contact us and mention the items you're interested in and what price you had in mind!
  • I have cards I want to sell, does Big Dawg Breaks buy?
    • Yes! We are always looking to add to our collection. Please contact us at bigdawgbreaks@gmail.com with details, pictures and information on what you are selling. Due to our policy, we require a COA for any autographed items we obtain.
  • Why do some items say "this is a stock photo"?
    • We use stock images when we have multiples of the same item. Please note that the item being offered is nearly identical to the one pictured. Please feel free to contact us for an exact picture of an item if needed.
  • Other questions?
